One thing I love to do is look thru my pictures and reminisce about the event that took place that day or where we were and what we were doing! I stumbled upon Lala's 5th birthday party pictures and it made me smile looking at them….thinking about how much she is surely growing and how grateful I am to have a beautiful little girl like her. I always think about what she will end up doing with her life when she's all grown up and how smart she is and if she'll use that to better her adult life…..the thoughts are endless. And just like any other parent….I hope and pray and wish nothing but the best for my kids!

This past birthday (May 1st. better late than never haha) we were living in Raleigh, North Carolina. This little girl LOVES salads…..so I had made her the Chicken Cafe Rio salad. At her request we did dinner and a movie this year and decorated cupcakes! Here are 5 fun facts about Lala:

1. She is in the 99 percentile in height. (so yesssss she will tower me!)

2. She LOVES to dress up (what girl doesnt) and chooses her own clothes! (if appropriate lol)

3. She's a bit of a clutz….just like me!

4. She's addicted to lip gloss and nail polish.

5. Terrified of dogs.

Lala is……just truly a blessing to us! Teki and I were very young and had NO clue with what we were doing when we had her. We've learned so much with her and also from her! I couldnt say enough about my sweetie girl…..just that I hope she reads these blogs one day and realizes that everything we do in life…is for her and her brothers.
